We maintain and operate multiple vacuum forming machines, RF welding equipment and die cutting pressea which are used primarily to form and weld thinner gauges of PVC, PU, PETG, and ABS materials. Typical uses are bladders, dust covers, machine covers and housings.

Mantec has developed proprietary tooling methods which support the production of fine detail in the end product that is economical and requires short lead times.
