Radio frequency (RF) welding services for thermoplastics including PVC and polyurethane, to create sealed protective covers for electronic equipment.

Welding of material pieces is achieved by passing high frequency waves through the material, causing heating of molecules, which, when pressure is applied by a die, causes the two pieces to join together. Used to weld & connect polymer films. A strong, leak-proof seal is created with this type of welding.

As a part of our pillow manufacturing capability, we yhave a standalone capability to RF weld and trim a variety of plastic films. Our 20" x 30" shuttle welder can produce up to 200 PVC parts per hour.
