Mantec Services has full service machine shop partner capabilities, including CNC machining, aluminum die casting, grinding, broaching, and turning. We provide manufacturing, finishing, and assembly of small to medium CNC machined and turned parts. We contract manufacture turnkey precision parts and assemblies for OEMs and the United States government, and have experience in consistently meeting stringent military specifications and standards.

Other machining capabilities: light sheet metal work including electronic chassis and airframe components, shearing, breaking, routing and hydromforming. We offer unique solutions to unusual problems in the aircraft, marine, and general industrial areas.

Our full complement of inspection and testing equipment, including a CMM, gage blocks, roughness tester, micrometer and multimeter, ensure that our machined products will meet your specifications. CAD software packages used at Mantec are SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
